Bio: Baskar is Founder/Director of Baachu, a UK-based strategy advisory. Previously with Serco, he led  40+ bids (worth £3bn) across UK, Europe and Asia. Baskar specialises in strategising growth and also advises public sector bodies on effective procurements. In 2016, he published Bid Buddy, a self-improvement journal for bidding professionals. Recently, Baskar won the APMP 40 under 40 future leader award and speaks in entrepreneur forums.

Only 37% of APMP members surveyed in 2015 said they felt valued by their organisation. And 68% left because they weren’t being listened to.
